Giles Carmichael is a Partner at Chancery Chambers and has focused most of his practice on corporate and commercial matters. He advises clients on regulatory issues in the area of banking, insurance and securities and possesses expertise in commercial and corporate law. Mr. Carmichael also oversees the overall management of the firm.
Giles Carmichael is a member of the American Bar Association, Institute of Directors, International Tax Planning Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. He holds a TEP designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)) and a MCIArb designation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
