Neilsa S Moore holds an Associate Degree in Government & Political Studies and Law from the Barbados Community College. She has a Bachelors of Laws degree and a Master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. She was the recipient of academic awards including the Jack Dear Q.C. Prize for the Top Grade in Company Law and the Sir Richard Cheltenham Q.C. Scholarship. She also obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago.
